Products can be returned or replaced if any manufacturing or quality defect is found, within 30 days of purchase, provided any seal/protection on the product is kept unbroken, in a resalable condition.

No refund policy if the customer has purchased the service from the company

In the case of product return, the BVs given on the product at the time of purchase will be debited and that shall impact all the upline. Also, the commission earned by the distributors for the product purchase will be recovered before returning the amount.

A distributor can surrender his/ her business before activating his/ her service. In case of Product return on surrendering of his/her business, the BV given on the product at the time of purchase will be debited and that shall impact all the upline. We don't push distributors to buy bulk quantities of products more than they are able to either consumer on self or able to retail further.

There are defined terms and conditions for the marketing plan and commissions are released on a timely basis as agreed.

We conduct regular New Distributors Orientation Programs called " Retailer & Distributor Seminar and Training" to give elaborate information about VDOT Business to its Retailers and Distributors.

We provide a unique ID to our Distributors and ID card can be downloaded from the Website.

All business transactions are very well maintained at the Website and relevant details are also provided to the Distributors on their login.

KYC norms are fulfilled for each distributor and valid PAN, Bank Accounts and Address are updated in the profile of the Distributor.
